From a privileged
corner of Apalta, we seek to bring out the full potential
of the ancient vines planted
in the late 19th century. The history, balance, complexity,
and elegance of their fruit are woven into a red blend of
our winery’s emblematic varieties: Carmenère
and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Our
enological team led by Patrick Valette employs art, dedication,
and precision to reach the maximum expression
of the vines,
the varieties, and the area’s terroir.
Carmenère,
the principal component of the blend, is complemented by
the potency of the Cabernet Sauvignon; together
they allow us to capture the “Spirit of Apalta” in
every one of our bottles and offer the finest wine possible. |
